Information handled by this shop
- Account and order details: your name, email, telephone, delivery address, order items and order history. Passwords are stored as hashes, not as readable passwords.
- Payment and support records: payment method, transaction reference, optional payment evidence and the messages you send us. Bangla QR payments are checked by staff; uploading evidence does not itself confirm payment.
- Technical information: requests may appear in hosting, security and application logs. These can include IP address, browser information, time and requested page.
- With your analytics permission, first-party visit records can include a visitor identifier, IP address, browser information, page journey, referring site and campaign tags. Google Analytics can also collect usage and device information when enabled.
Why information is used
We use information to manage accounts, fulfil orders, arrange delivery or collection, verify payments, keep business records, answer enquiries, prevent abuse and resolve disputes. Optional analytics helps us understand how public pages are used and, with permission, records add-to-cart, checkout-start and order-placement events. These events exclude contact details and payment evidence; order placement does not mean payment has been received. Rejecting analytics does not prevent shopping.
Who may receive information
Relevant staff and service providers may handle information needed for hosting, email delivery, payment verification and courier delivery. Delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver your order. If enabled with permission, Google processes analytics information under its own terms. Map pages may load resources from external map providers, which receive network information such as your IP address. Hosting and asset providers also receive requests needed to display the website. WhatsApp, map and social links take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies; opening those links is your choice. Providers may process information outside Bangladesh.
Storage, retention and security
Information is kept for the purpose it was collected, applicable accounting or legal requirements, security and the resolution of disputes. Exact retention depends on the record and configured operational controls; the website does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. Optional analytics cookies and browser storage are described in the Cookie Policy. Restricted access and application safeguards reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
Optional cart reminders use the saved products, variants, quantities, selected shop and activity times in your account. Email and in-account reminders each require your explicit permission. Cart expiry stops reminders but does not promise immediate deletion of recovery audit records.

We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required by law or an unresolved transaction. We will explain any restriction that applies to your request. A person who needs help placing an order can contact the shop rather than submitting unnecessary personal information online.
